Hotel Reservations Tecnic Viajes / Aloha Congress are holding allotments at special rates in various hotels. Please find the list of hotels below. The rates listed are per room and night and include breakfast, and 7% Spanish VAT. All reservations must be made using the Hotel Reservation Form either online or by fax. This form can be found below. Reservations cannot be made by telephone.

Check-In/Check-Out
Official hotel check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out time is No-Shows will result in the room(s) being automatically released at 9am. the following day with no reimbursement possible. Should you arrive after 6pm, please inform Tecnic Viajes of your itinerary.
Payment
Upon receipt of the completed Hotel Reservation Form together with the full credit card details, Tecnic Viajes will process your reservation, charging your credit card for the entire amount due. We will then send you a confirmation letter with full invoicing details. | |
