Registration Information

All registrations for the Conference must be submitted online the or via fax after downloading Writable Registration Form from the website. The deadline for early registration (300 Euros) is 30 November 2009. After this date, the fee is 350 Euros. The last opportunity for registration will be on-site at the conference venue, the Fundació Acadèmia de Ciències Mèdiques i de la Salut de Catalunya i de Balears (cost 400 Euros).

PhD students are eligible for the student rate of 200 Euros – please see the registration form.

Please note: You must first register for the conference before submitting your abstract.

Registration Fees

The registration fee for all participants includes access to all official Conference sessions, the exhibition and poster area, a tote bag (containing Conference materials, the Final Program, etc.). The Gala Dinner and other social activities are NOT included in this fee.

Letter of Confirmation

Those who have registered for the Conference will receive a Letter of Confirmation by email as soon as their fully completed registration form and payment have been received by the Aloha Congress Secretariat.

Participants must present this confirmation letter upon arrival at the Conference venue registration counter as proof of their registration.

Please note that we will not accept any group registrations without the individual mailing addresses of all participants.

On-site Check-In Procedures

All participants are required to personally check in at the venue registration counter (l'Academia de Ciències Mèdiques) to receive their badge and tote bag before attending any Conference sessions and/or events.
