Please note: Submitting an abstract does not register you for the meeting. You must first register for the meeting independently of whether or not you submit an abstract.

TRAVEL BURSARIES

HLDA9 Travel Bursaries for Young Scientists

Made possible by a grant from the European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS), 20 travel bursaries (in the amount of 500 Euros/each) will be made available to eligible young European-based scientists to attend the HLDA9 Conference. The bursaries will be paid out to the awardees in Barcelona at the time of the Conference. The eligibility requirements are as follows:

• You must be 35-years-old or less at the time of the meeting (March 2010)
• You must be the presenting author of an accepted abstract
• You must be based in Europe (Western, Eastern, Baltics, Russia, etc)

To apply for an HLDA9 Travel Bursary for Young Scientists, please prepare the following documents:

• Cover letter explaining the reasons for requesting this travel bursary
• Short CV including a list of your publications
• Letter of recommendation by your research supervisor/instructor
